Shipping policy

Every piece is made after you order, by our production partner in the US or Europe, and shipped straight to you. We ship free to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and to more than 70 other countries listed at checkout. Production takes 2–5 business days and shipping 5–20: orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days of ordering, and at most 25. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels. The carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country's rules; these aren't Barr charges. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, message us and we'll chase it with the carrier ourselves; if the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll remake and reship it free or refund you.
