Why does delivery take 10–20 business days?
Because your piece is only made after you order. That way nothing sits in a warehouse or goes to waste, and every piece is new for you.
Where are the pieces made?
By a specialist production partner in the US or Europe, on blanks chosen for each piece (the fabric and weight are on every product page), then shipped straight to you.
Are there customs fees?
The carrier may collect VAT or clearance fees on delivery under your country's rules. These are government or carrier fees, not Barr charges.
How do I choose my size?
True to size with a relaxed fit: order your usual size. To check, measure the chest of a shirt you love laid flat and compare it with the size chart.
Are the colours like the photos?
Very close, but garment dyeing makes every piece a little different from the next, and that's part of its character.
What's printed and what's embroidered?
Most pieces carry one of the desert's symbols embroidered in thread on the chest, or on the front of the cap or the cuff of the beanie. The oversized tees carry a small printed Suhail star, and the season crewnecks carry only their back print. The season stories on the back are printed directly into the fabric with soft water-based ink that breathes with the cotton.
How do I wash it?
Cold and inside out, no bleach, and hang it to dry. Don't iron over the print or embroidery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. Email us quickly at hello@barrbyminiblank.com.
Can I return or exchange?
No. Every piece is made for you after you order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, colour or a change of mind; please check your size before you order. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, if you receive the wrong item, or if a parcel is lost, we'll make you a free replacement or refund you. Message us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo. Details in our returns and refunds policy.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. Saudi mada cards that carry the Visa or Mastercard logo work like any Visa or Mastercard.
Where do you ship?
To Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and more than 70 other countries listed at checkout, and shipping is free.
Do you have sales?
No. We run on seasons: a collection each season, and the first to know are the people on the season list.
What does Barr mean?
Barr is our word for the open land beyond the city. We write it بَرّ, with its marks, so it isn't read as بِرّ or بُرّ.
